    • Defective Products: If your invitations arrive damaged or with a printing error that is our fault, we will gladly reprint or refund your order. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to report any issues.
    • Incorrect Order: If you receive the wrong product or the wrong quantity, please notify us within 7 days, and we will correct the issue promptly.
    • Non-Personalized Items: Non-personalized items, such as sample packs, can be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.

    Conditions for Return

    • Notification: You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order if there is an issue.
    • Proof of Issue: Please provide photos of the defect or incorrect item.
    • Return Authorization: You must receive a return authorization from us before sending any items back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

    Refunds

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

    Exchanges

    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please contact us with the details of the issue.

    Shipping to P.O. Boxes

    We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a physical address for delivery.
