Placing Your Order

We're thrilled to have you choose us for your stationery needs! Here's a helpful guide to walk you through our ordering process. We understand that planning your big day can be overwhelming, so we aim to make ordering your wedding stationery as stress-free as possible. Our process is straightforward and easy to navigate. Simply follow these few simple steps outlined below:

Payment Methods

1.Contact Us
We understand that you might have several inquiries before finalizing your order. Feel free to reach out to us via email at hellodesignskingdom@gmail.com. We value the importance of personal communication! Let's have a chat where we can discuss your wedding plans, your creative ideas, and how we can best incorporate them into your stationery. ​
2.Book
Before we commence work on your artwork, we kindly request that you complete our order form. Once filled out with all your information, please return it to us via email at hellodesignskingdom@gmail.com. This step is essential before we initiate any design work. Additionally, a €50 deposit is required to proceed with your order. Once we've received your deposit, we'll swiftly move on to the exciting part of bringing your vision to life! ​
3.Reviewing
Now onto the part we adore – the designs! Once we've received your completed order form, we'll dive straight into creating your invitation design. Within one week, you can expect to receive a digital mock-up of your chosen design or bespoke creation. While we hope you'll instantly fall head over heels for the initial draft, fret not if adjustments are needed. We offer two rounds of alterations completely free of charge. Since there are plenty of additional items you can incorporate into your order, such as colored envelopes, sticker seals, address labels, envelope pattern liners, tags, and more, we invite you to take a look at them. The decision of how many extra items to include is entirely up to you. ​
4.Rates & Payment 
Once your order is prepared and the design has been approved, we kindly request confirmation of your quantities. Following this, we'll provide you with a comprehensive quotation for your wedding invitations and any additional items that will elevate your wedding stationery. We'll need your approval of the quotation via email, along with confirmation of the items you'd like to proceed with. Full payment is then required before we proceed to print your wedding invitations. Furthermore, we'll offer guidance on the most suitable paper and card options for your wedding stationery design.

5.Approval & Printing
Upon receiving an email confirming your artworks' approval for print, we will proceed to prepare your order for printing. Printing typically takes up to 10 working days. However, if you require expedited service, please inform us, and we'll make every effort to accommodate your request. Once payment has been received and your items are printed, we'll happily arrange for them to be couriered to you. We anticipate your excitement as you eagerly anticipate receiving the finished products, just as we were thrilled to bring them to life. Your stationery will be delivered by courier, and we hope it evokes a tear of joy as the realization of your special day begins to sink in. ​ ​
